Thank you so much Joel! You’re right! Since the right hand stay on the same spot, the G chord played turns out to be a Gsus4 and if played for too long – it sounds a bit off. An easy trick to fix this would be to switch the right hand thumb from that C to the D right next to it. That way, the right hand will play D and G and those will make it sound more in tune! Gsus4 is a beautiful chord and can sound great as well if not played for too long π
Hi Ivy, I just fixed that link for you and it should work. Let me know if you experience anything like it again! Always here for you to make this the best learning journey for you. π
Wow! So funny story, because I have been learning your songs on the piano the past four years without knowing a single thing about piano keys, this video just brought me to a new level of learning piano than I ever was at before. Now I can piece together a little bit of knowledge of keys with my previous playing experience. Ready to play 10 more new worship songs!
I am SO SO thankful for these lessons. I was in band when I was in high school and could read music and still can but trying to translate that to a piano was exhausting. This has made learning the piano smooth and has stirred that passion inside me.
I sing at my church and lead worship, but not being able to play an instrument really hindered my ability to flow and lead.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU !!!!
Prayers for many blessings to you!!!
Awww Sasha this made me tear up! I agree – being able to sing AND play comes with so many benefits when leading people into worship!! To God be all the Glory – He is so so worthy of it all!
Nina, I think that this beginning session helps me since my goal is to worship and learn. I plan to come back to this for review to improve my knowledge after the later modules.
Loved it! Thanks for making it so simple.
Thank you Nina! Your teaching method is just what I needed. I am very excited!
Hi. Thank you so much for the detailed video. Just an observation, but the g in the very first song sounds off key. It doesnβt sound right. Thanks

This is wonderful. What key is Here I am to worship? I tried playing using this method, but it sounded weird. Help!
Hi Rachel, I reached out via email too but this song is in the key of D π
